A method for ultrasonic tomography of hepatobiliarypancreaticoduodenal area comprises the percutaneous scanning of the interesting area, examination of the liver parenchyma indices, vessel architectonics, duct, mechanical influence of concrements and determination of pathological changes and positioning of a tomograph sensor in the right hypochondrium area.
