METHOD FOR CONTROL OF LINEAR MICRO-DISPLACEMENTS OF PRECISION GUIDES

摘要

Method for control of linear micro-displacements of precision guides includes reception of information from object that moves and determination of value of linear displacements on basis of its analysis. Displacement of object is performed by means of piezoelectric motor connected to object being displaced. Visual information on real linear displacement of object is transformed into video-image, one preliminarily enlarges and carries out processing of video-images obtained and determines value of linear displacements of object.
