A method for preventing the progression of the chronic renal disease in the children with hypersympatheticotonia comprises the course of treatment using antioxidants, herbal preparations, angioprotectors, membrane-stabilizing agents, ACE inhibitors, and the psychological rehabilitation. For preventing the progression of the chronic renal disease in the children with hypersympatheticotonia, the basic complex is prescribed for two months. This basic complex comprises Pyracetam, Triovit, Valerian, and Pumpan. Starting from the third month, Magne B-6 is given in combination with Moxonidine. Starting from the fourth month, glycin and the peony extract are added. Within the months 5-6, the sedative herbal preparations are given according to the following schedule: three months of treatment followed by two month of the pause.
