METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF OBLITERATION LESIONS OF LOWER LIMBS

A method for the surgical treatment of the obliteration lesions of the lower limbs consists in ligating and cutting the large saphenous vein in the upper third of the crus following the formation of the bypass. The arteriovenous "end-to-side" anastomosis is applied between the large saphenous vein and one of the crural arteries with spared circulation.
