METHOD FOR OBTAINING OF KNEE JOINT ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT IMAGE IN ULTRASONOGRAPHY

A method for obtaining of knee joint anterior cruciate ligament image is carried out by performing of radiation study of knee joint at the dorsal decubitus of patient. The ultrasonography is performed with leg, bent at an angle of 100-120°, with sensor, placed longitudinally along the extremity axis on the knee joint anterior surface infrapatellary and more laterally from the patella ligament at an angle of 60-70° to the extremity median line. The anterior cruciate ligament is visualized at the presence on the ultrasonograms the hyperechogenic ribbon structures with the thickness not more 3 mm at the distance of 10-12 mm from the patella ligament border.
