METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF RESISTANT ASCITES AT THE PORTAL HYPERTENSION

A method for treatment of resistant ascites at the portal hypertension consists in adding of plasma substitute to the base therapy of patients. A multicomponent hyperosmolar protein-salt preparation Lactoprotein with sorbitol is used as the plasma substitute in the form of intravenous drop infusion at a dose of 200.0 ml immediately after paracentesis, in next days - 200.0 ml 4-5 times with interval of 2-3 days, and then (by indications) even course 3 times per year.
