HRUBNIK'S METHOD FOR ENDOSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY IN WOMEN

A method for endoscopic cholecystectomy in women consists in the ablation of gallbladder, using videoendoscopic device. Only one puncture of abdominal cavity is carried out in the area of navel, in which a trocar with a diameter of 3 mm is introduced, through which a pneumoperitoneum is formed, and a laparoscope for the observation of abdominal cavity and instruments for performing of operation are also introduced. The operation is carried out using a flexible gastroscope, which is introduced into abdominal cavity through the posterior vagina fornix. The instrument for the performing of cholecystectomy are introduced through the flexible gastroscope canals and through the trocar, introduced into minicut in the area of navel. After the ablation of gallbladder it is removed from the abdominal cavity by the flexible gastroscope through the colpotomic opening in the posterior vagina fornix.
