MINIINVASIVE APPROACH TO THE INFRARENAL PART OF ABDOMINAL AORTA, USING DOPPLER ULTRASONOGRAPHY

摘要

A miniinvasive approach to the infrarenal part of abdominal aorta comprises dissection the skin on the subcutaneous adipose tissue with a length of 6 sm along the pararectal line, the partial dissection the tendon of external skew and internal skew muscles and psoas of anterior abdominal wall together with the lumbar fascia is made with a length of 6 sm, and mobilization of peritoneum is performed. The approach is made with the preliminary ultrasound projection of infrarenal part of abdominal aorta and common iliac arteries on the abdominal wall.
