METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LYMPHEDEMA IN LOWER LIMB

摘要

A method for the surgical treatment of lymphedema in the lower limb comprises aspiration lipectomy with cannula and tunneling of the subcutaneous fat alongside the lymph collectors. The aspiration lipectomy is accompanied with autograft of fat aspirate taken in the area of unaffected tissues. The thin bands are use for autografting alongside the lymph collectors where the tunneling was performed.
