METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF STABILITY CONDITION OF DUMP OF ROCKS WITH DIFFERENT STRENGTHS

Method for evaluation of stability of dump formed of rocks with different strengths includes laying metal waveguides at formation of dump of rocks with different strengths at dump massif site under investigation with unfavorable engineering-geological conditions, reception of signals of acoustic emission that come to existence at site under investigation, registration of frequency of acoustic emission pulses generation with generation with geophones of critical values of frequency of acoustic emission pulses generation and completion of process of compacting of dump mass under own weight, determination with geo-phones of current values of frequencies of acoustic emission pulse generation. Through implementation of reception of acoustic emission signals and registration of frequency of generation of acoustic emission pulses with following comparison of those characteristics to critical ones, one determines state of stability of dump massif site under investigation. At formation of dump formed of rocks with different strengths laying of metal waveguides is performed at dump massif site under investigation at its two-side formation.
