A spring harrow consists of a frame arranged horizontally and comprising tubular axes disposed in parallel whereon resilient teeth are rigidly fixed with the same definite spacing. Each of the teeth has an attachment part on the upper end of a tooth for attaching a tooth as a console onto a tubular axle of the frame, a springy part for providing the resilient properties of the tooth and a rod-shaped part that stretches downwards from the resilient part and directly contacts the soil being processed by console end thereof. Each of the teeth is fixed to the axle in such a manner that springy part thereof occurs below, above the attachment part thereof and the rod one, and between coils of the springy part a guaranteed gap is kept. The tubular axles in the frame are opened under a definite angle , for example for 1, to the moving direction of the harrow while carrying out the surface soil cultivation.
