METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF RISK OF MALIGNISATION OF INVERTED CERVIX UTERI PAPILLOMA

摘要

Method for determination of risk of malignization of inverted cervix uteri papilloma prescribes morphological investigations of bioptates. Additionally in cervical bioptates with immune-ferment method one determines level of onco-proteinns E6-E7. Simultaneously in blood serum one determines indices characterizing cell immunity chain, cintent of interferon, spontaneous and induced production of interferon of 1 and 2 type and factor of necrosis of tumor. At presence of onco-protein E7 in cervical samples, decrease of concentration of immunoglobulins of class G, production of interferon of 1 and 12 type, factors of tumor necrosis one predicts risk of malignization of inverted cervix uteri papilloma.
