The invention relates to medicine, in particular to experimental pathology, in particular to modeling pathological processes, and can be used at investigation of toxic affections of cardial muscle. Method for modeling toxic affection of miocardius with toxins of death-cup includes one-time parenteral introduction to laboratory animal of extraction of mushroom in dose LDin combination with simultaneous inter-stomach introduction of 40 % solution of ethanol in dose 10 u/kg and retrosternal introduction of 0.01 % of oil solution of fetanol in dose 0.1 mg/kg.
