Method for determination of effectiveness of fire protection of cellulose containing solid materials that includes determination of coefficient of effectiveness of fire protection of samples through ratio of mass rate of burning out of not treated samples to mass rate of burning out of treated samples, those are calculated through loss of mass of each sample and area of damage at testing on ignition, at that additionally to setting on ignition of samples of treated and not treated cellulose containing solid materials one determines heat of burning of those, and effectiveness of fire protection is calculated by coefficient of effectiveness of fire protection of cellulose containing solid materials.
