METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF DUODENUM ULCER DISEASE, COMPLICATED WITH GASTROINTESTINAL BLEEDING

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to the gastroenterology and more particular to methods for treatment of duodenum ulcer disease, complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding, and can be used in surgical and therapeutics establishments. The method consists in the use of proton pump inhibitor and prescribing of double- stage therapy, at which during the first stage the intravenous infusion of proton pump inhibitor is performed (for example, omeprasol at a dose of 40 mg, which is dissolved in 100 ml of 0.9 % sodium chloride solution or 5-10 % glucose solution, for 2-3 days). During the second stage the anti-Helicobacter therapy of second line is prescribed for not more 10 days, which is carried out with proton pump inhibitor, two antibiotics and bismuth preparation. The present method allows to increase of treatment effectiveness.
