Pyridine compounds of general formula: wherein -RSUP1 /SUPrepresents in which RSUP11 /SUPis hydrogen, CSUB1-6 /SUBalkyl, halogen, hydroxy, CSUB1-12 /SUBalkoxy, nitro, amino, CSUB1-6 /SUBalkylsulfonylamino, CSUB1-6 /SUBalkoxycarbonyl, CSUB1-6 /SUBalkylamino, di (CSUB1-6 /SUBalkyl)amino, CSUB1-6 /SUBalkanoylamino, phenyl CSUB1-6 /SUBalkylamino, phenylsulfonylamino, or -O-(CHSUB2/SUB)SUBn/SUB-RSUP111/SUP; RSUP2 /SUPrepresents hydrogen or halogen; RSUP3 /SUPrepresents 1.2.3.6-tetrahydro-pyridine, or -CRSUP31/SUPRSUP32/SUPRSUP33 /SUPwherein RSUP31 /SUPrepresents H or CSUB1-6 /SUBalkyl and RSUP32 /SUPand RSUP33 /SUPare joined to form a 5-8 membered saturated ring optionally containing up to three heteroatoms; RSUP4 /SUPis carbamoyl, CN, carboxyl, etc.; RSUP5 /SUPis amino, CSUB1-6 /SUBalkylamino, di CSUB1-6 /SUBalkylamino, etc. or salt thereof.
