Extrusion method for plastics of different properties, especially color, comprises extruding a main strand (30) and forming strips on it by extruding a strand (40) of a different plastic. The combined strands are diverted and maintained under laminar flow. An independent claim is included for apparatus for carrying out the method with a distributor chamber (7') with radial channels (10) which is connected to a first extruder (1) for forming the main strand and a transverse extruder (9) for forming the stripes.
