The present invention relates to a system of continuous monitoring of temperature, humidity and pressures, which appear in the foot-shoe assembly, in dynamic conditions, without the individual being studied undergoing mobility restrictions or having their daily life rhythm altered. It is based on a sensorized and customizable template (1) connected to a conditioning and digitization module (2) that also acts as a wireless data transmitter to a temporary storage system (3). The template set - conditioning module has been sized so that the user can incorporate it into their usual shoe, holding the module to the ankle or attached to the shoe itself, in an arrangement that allows total freedom of movement. The temporary storage module can be easily transported in a pocket and offers a range of several days or weeks, depending on the programming of the device in terms of sampling mode.
