Analysis method for pesticide residues in plant samples.; The object of the invention is an analysis method for pesticide residues in plants. The method uses the interface device for the direct coupling of liquid chromatography and gas chromatography, called in the literature TOTAD interface (Through Oven Transfer Adsorption Desorption). The method only requires an extraction step prior to chromatographic analysis. Pesticides are extracted from the sample with an organic solvent. Extract volumes much higher than usual is injected directly into the gas chromatograph no prior cleaning step or extract concentration being necessary. The TOTAD interface allows injecting extract volumes much higher than those normally injected into the gas chromatograph.
