Physically and chemically emulsified hydrocarbon separating equipment for ship bilges. The equipment includes a gravimetric separation unit (1) and a rupture membrane separation unit of transverse flow emulsions (5). The hydrocarbon water to be treated reaches the separation unit (1) from a tank (21) by means of a suction pump (4), which drives the water from that separation unit (1) without the free hydrocarbons, to the separation unit (5), where the separation of emulsions takes place by means of the rupture membrane (6), with the particularity that the hydrocarbons originated in this unit (5) are sent through the conduit (11) to the separation unit (1), reaching an upper receptacle (12) together with the free hydrocarbons obtained in the latter unit, for shipment abroad through a conduit (15). The purpose of the equipment is to separate the free hydrocarbon and the emulsified hydrocarbon into a stream of water.
