Cantonero and intermediate tongue and groove blocks with horizontal and vertical coupling for construction, with double wall on one side. The system of projections and recesses in both the lateral faces and in the upper and lower faces of greater surface allow a fit, coupling or assembly between different blocks in both horizontal and vertical positioning, obtaining a compact block unit without imbalances or displacements of the blocks used on walls or enclosures, even in the most unfavorable realization, such as without the use of mortar. The blocks are preferably made of concrete, usable such blocks as lost formwork for reinforced concrete walls and the possibility of placing vertical reinforcements before the lifting of the wall or enclosure.
