Transdermal system or transdermal therapeutic system containing as active ingredient at least buprenorphine in the form of base or salt, which comprises at least one opioid receptor antagonist and K or S; optionally in form of the racemates, pure stereoisomers, especially enantiomers or diastereoisomers, or as mixtures of stereoisomers, in particular enantiomers or diastereomers, in any mixing ratio; in the form of acids or bases or as salts, in particular the physiologically acceptable salts, or as solvates, in particular hydrates.
