The layer obtaining method involves applying a layer composed of a mixture of organic materials with inorganic materials and implementing another layer composed of same mixture. The former layer has two layers, which are one above to other. The upper layer has a mixture of synthetic resin organic and inorganic mineral aggregates. The bottom layer has a mixture of synthetic resin and organic mineral aggregates. An independent claim is also included for a layer.
