HAMMERING METHOD, HAMMERING DEVICE OPERABLE BY A VIBRATOR SYSTEM AND USE OF THE DEVICE IN A DE-CORING MACHINE

The hammering device (7) for a de-coring machine comprises a percussion element (25) able to move in translation in order to apply impacts to a casting provided with a core. The device comprises in particular: a rigid support (10) secured to a vibration transmitting assembly of a de-coring machine; a guide (20) for the percussion element, secured to the support and provided with an opening. In the device (7), each percussion element is able to move freely in the guide between a first position projecting forwards and a second position in which the percussion element (25) is in contact with a stop (22) forming the bottom of a pipe (C) of the guide. The shaking and hammering of the part are carried out at the same time, which allows a reduction in de-coring times and better efficiency of this operation.
