Plastic bars with helix winding, reinforced by basalt fibers are used in building industry including production of construction materials, engineering industry and in other fields, where there's need to use alongated objects, having durability, corrosion resistance, electric and heat insulation and non-magnetic properties. It is an object of the present invention to get a possibility to join reinforced bars due to the uniform bar winding pitch as the calibrator forms uniform winding turns height and winding projections shape on a fiber reinforced cord. Another object is to obtain prestressed plastic bars, reinforced by fibers, because their ends can be clamped by claws of a gripping tool (jack claws or vice clamps) by means of a clutch and subjected to tension.
