PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a flat fiber reinforced plastic lattice shaped bar free from the occurrence of a sharp edge surface on a product after the molding of [a lattice shaped bar] and capable of solving a problem of handling in terms of safety when used as a reinforced bar and capable of forming the lattice shaped bar having fine mesh, and to provide the flat fiber reinforced plastic lattice shaped bar.;SOLUTION: A continuous flat fiber reinforced plastic lattice shaped bar is manufactured through a step in which a laminate is drawn in between heated two flat plates to bond vertical rods f21 and horizontal rods f22 to each other at an intersection points and to primarily cure a resin while the cross-sections of the vertical rods f21 and the horizontal rods f22 are formed into a flat shape in the state where a high density fabric having release property from the resin on both side faces of the laminate formed from the vertical rods f21 and the horizontal rods f22 arranged so as to make a lattice shape and a step in which the primary cured vertical rods f21 and the horizontal rods f22 which are formed into a lattice shape and whose cross-sections are in a flat shape are secondarily cured through a heated curing furnace.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
