The invention relates to medicine. The inventive device for improving the evolution of a child during the intrauterine life thereof comprises a unit for acting on a fetus, a unit for controlling said action and means for placing a part of equipment or the elements thereof. The unit for acting on a fetus is embodied in the form an interphone provided with an input flared end and a sound head. The unit for controlling the action performed on the fetus is embodied in the form of a phonendoscope. The means for placing a past of equipment or the elements thereof in embodied in the form of a container, two containers or a pelvic girdle provided with pockets.
