ELECTRONIC BOOKS USING TRANSPARENCY PAPER AND BOOKS RECOGNITION METHOD

Provided are electronic books using a transparency paper. The electronic books includes books; the transparency paper printed with coordinate codes having coordinate information depending on each position and a plurality of page codes for selecting a page, in regions corresponding to sizes of the books; and a books recognition device with a scan unit reading the codes, for storing page data having the coordinate codes for coordinates of contents of all pages of the books and voice data matched with the coordinate codes, respectively, and, in state where the page intended to be read in the books is covered with the transparency paper, reading a page corresponding to the page covered with the transparency paper using the page codes of the transparency paper, and reading the page data on the read page code, and, when the scan unit is located in a specific position of the page, reading the coordinate code printed in the position, and reading the voice data associated with the read coordinate code from the page data, and outputting the read voice data by voice.
