The upgraded bottle (1) for fluid products, particularly pharmaceutical, medicinal and cosmetic products, comprising a containing body (2) for containing a fluid product, particularly a pharmaceutical, medicinal or cosmetic product, a dispensing mouth (4) of the product defined at one end of the containing body, a tearable membrane (8) for closing the dispensing mouth, a closing element (5) that can be screwed up or unscrewed on such end of the containing body and provided with a cap inside which is defined at least one perforator (7) of the membrane, and maintaining means for maintaining the cap in a safety configuration, in which the perforator is substantially positioned away from the membrane and in which the cap can be freely turned around the screwing up and unscrewing axis of the closing element in at least one direction of rotation.
