A land saving and energy saving, unblocked ecological urban system with ordered space is provided. Wherein: four independent spaces for vehicles, parking, walker and public activities are formed in tridimensional space in urban; so the dual separation between walkers and vehicles, walkers and non-automotive vehicles is achieved, and three independent road systems for all-weather of vehicles, walkers and non-automotive vehicles are constructed. In which, the road (1) for automotive vehicles is a throughway net, a soundproof shelter (13) is provided above the road for vehicles; a no change stop structure is adopted between the top layer and lower layer of the cloverleaf junction (9).
