摘要

The invention relates to processing materials in vacuum by means of a localised high-voltage glow discharge, in particular to atomizing and directionally transferring nano-size particles of conductive materials. The inventive method is used for producing highly concentrated suspensions of nano-size conductive materials on the basis of water-soluble and water-insoluble liquids and a device for carrying out said method. Said method is carried out by means of a device consisting of a system which is used for atomizing a cathode material and is located in the vacuum chamber of a vessel containing processable liquid. Said invention makes it possible to produce highly concentrated homogeneous suspensions based on an extended range of liquids and alloys.
