It is intended to provide a method of improving the absorbability of oxidized coenzyme Q10 by formulating it into a composition comprising oxidized coenzyme Q10 together with lysolecithin and a fat. A composition for oral administration, which is a composition containing oxidized coenzyme Q10, lysolecithin and a fat and in which the weight ratio of lysolecithin to oxidized coenzyme Q10 is 0.7 or more, shows a high absorbability of oxidized coenzyme Q10 and is applicable to foods, foods with nutrient function claims, foods for specified health uses, nutritious supplements, nutrients, animal drugs, drinks, feeds, pet foods, cosmetics, drugs, quasi drugs, therapeutics, remedies or the like.
