AN EQUIPMENT FOR DEFLUORINATING AND COOLING THE FLUE GAS USED BEFORE WET DESULFURIZING PROCESS

An equipment for defluorinating and cooling the flue gas used before wet desulfurizing process has a horizontal cartridge which comprises two different functional parts: a pre-cartridge (4) and a post-cartridge (6). In the pre-cartridge (4), the alkali liquor sprayed can remove HF in the flue gas mostly while the evaporation of the alkali liquor can cool the flue gas primarily. In the post-cartridge(6), the process water sprayed can cool the flue gas to under 80° C further. The cooled flue gas can be introduced to a desulfurizer at safe temperature. The pre-cartridge (4) and post-cartridge (6) of the equipment use different anticorrosive materials according to different corrosive conditions.
