It is intended to perform biosynthesis of a polypeptide having a nonnative structure at the N-terminus by translation of information of an amino acid sequence encoded by a nucleic acid. By attaching a given amino acid to the initiation tRNA using ARS ribozyme that catalyzes the acylation reaction of tRNA with the given amino acid and initiating the translation by this initiation tRNA, a polypeptide having the given amino acid at the N-terminus is synthesized.
