A dust/mist/gas/liquid/solid/heat purifying device and mist cotton ingredient thereof includes a container body having a gas inlet and a gas outlet; a filtering means disposed on the airflow path between the gas inlet and the gas outlet of the container body. The filtering means includes one or a plurality of mist cottons, or a plurality of connectedly juxtaposed conical bag filters or a plurality of connectedly juxtaposed conical bag heat exchange filters or conical bag ceramic filtering bricks for combustion filtration or a plurality of connectedly juxtaposed conical bag ceramic bricks for combustion filtration or adhering or filtering or reactive filtering materials which are formed at predetermined intervals connection or convolutedly filtering connected. A sprinkling device is used to guide and uniformly spray water on the mist cotton of the filtering means or special bag, conical bag or a plurality of connectedly juxtaposed conical bag filters or heat exchange filters or filtering bricks or adhering or filtering or reactive filtering materials. The mist cotton includes at least 100% to 40% of fiber or foam in weight and 0% to 60% of resin adhesive in weight.
