A sponsor pays a software vendor for a CM price. The software vendor develops software. The software the software vendor has developed has a function to display an advertisement of the sponsor during the execution. The software is sold to users by downloading, an online order system or a shop, and its software price is paid directly to the software vendor or indirectly to it through the shop. The software vendor pools the CM price or the software price by reserving it as reserved money. When a malfunction occurs during the execution of the software, its error information is uploaded to a vendor server. The software vendor pays a rewardfrom the reserved money to the user who provides the vendor with the error information.
