The invention relates to medicine. The inventive diagnosis method consists in generating longitudinal and transversal guided waves which have different frequency and are brought into a biological contact with the organism, in displacing said waves along an object for carrying out sector scanning, in receiving and analysing the waves passed through the organism for forming density, velocity and wave absorption parameters, in obtaining structural element distribution rasters, in examining says rasters and in making a judgement on the presence of pathology in the tested organ. The waves passed through the organism are used for building rastres displaying impedance jumps at the boundaries of cell structures which are caused by the change in biochemical properties of a medium related to tissue anisotropy or isotropy.
