The lighting element with LED light sources (4) of the present invention comprises an elongated profile (1), wherein the LED light sources are embedded in a base (2) of said elongated profile (1), and the supply and control electronics contained in the interior of the elongated profile (1). The side surface of said elongated profile (1) is continuous, so that it is possible to obtain at least one continuous line in the side surface of the elongated profile (1). The invention also concerns a lighting device formed by at least one lighting element, and can hold a heat dissipator in the space formed by said lighting device (20), and in addition LED light sources (4) comprising an optical body (12), a casing (13) and a sealing joint (14), said sealing joint shaped to fasten to the lighting element.
