The present invention relates to methods for determining or aiding in the determination that a pregnant woman is at risk of developing IUGR or IUGR related disorder(s). In certain embodiments, the invention relates to methods for determining or aiding in the determination that a pregnant woman has IUGR. In further embodiments, the invention relates to methods of screening or pre-screening pregnant women to identify those pregnant women with a low risk of developing IUGR or IUGR related disorders, which reduces the need for additional testing throughout the pregnancy.
