The invention relates to a white light-emitting organic illuminating diode containing at least one blue light-emitting fluoranthene derivative of general formula (I) as components A (I) and at least one blue light-emitting arylamine derivative as components B, wherein the HOMO-energy and LUMO-energy of components A and B are different provided that the LUMO-energy of components A is greater than the HOMO-energy of components B. The invention also relates to a composition containing at least one blue light-emitting fluoranthene derivative of formula I as components A and at least one blue light-emitting arylamine-derivative as component B, wherein the HOMO-energy and LUMO-energy of components A and B are different provided that the LUMO-energy of components A is greater than the HOMO-energy of components B, and a light-emitting layer which contains a composition and a white light-emitting organic illuminating diode which contains the inventive composition or an inventive light-emitting layer. The invention further relates to a device which is selected from the group consisting of stationary screens, such as computer screens, televisions, screens in printers, kitchen appliances, and advertisements panels, lights, information boards, and mobile screens such as mobile telephone screens, laptops, vehicles and destination displays on buses and trains comprising at least one inventive organic illuminating diode and to the use of an inventive composition in a white light-emitting organic illuminating diode.
