A diesel particulate filter device for a hybrid diesel vehicle and a particulate regeneration control method using the same are provided to smoothly regenerate particulate materials collected in a filtering unit regardless of the operation of a diesel engine. A diesel particulate filter device for a hybrid diesel vehicle comprises a particulate filtering unit(20) and an oxygen supply unit(30). The particulate filtering unit is mounted on an exhaust pipe(15), and includes a unit for determining whether to regenerate a filter for collecting particulate materials. The oxygen supply unit is communicated to the front exhaust pipe of the particulate filtering unit, and receives a signal that indicates whether the diesel engine operates, from a hybrid control unit(10), and selectively supplies oxygen required for regeneration to the exhaust pipe.
