An automatic balancing system of a spindle motor is provided to decrease a vibration of the spindle motor by reducing an interference between balls by using an elastic member. An automatic balancing system of a spindle motor includes a bearing housing, a rotation axis, a stator, a rotor, a turn table(150), a lower cover, plural balls(160), and an elastic member(180). A bearing is embedded in the bearing housing. The rotation axis is rotatably supported by the bearing. The stator is coupled with an outer periphery of the bearing housing. The rotor is fixed on the rotation axis and interacts with the stator. The turn-table is coupled with the outer periphery of the rotation axis. A disk is loaded on the turn-table which has a predetermined space at a lower portion thereof. The lower cover is coupled with a bottom of the turn-table and encloses the space. The balls reduce a vibration due to eccentricity, when the turn-table rotates. The elastic member prevents the balls from moving to an eccentric direction.
