An electric connecting device and electric equipment with the electric connecting device are provided to prevent a movable member from freely moving with respect to a fixing member by inserting the movable member into the fixing member. Two through-holes are formed on a fixing member(20). A socket with a power supply plug is installed on the fixing member. Electrical terminals, guide bars, and a roller are installed on a movable member(50). The guide bars are inserted into the through-holes. Holes are formed in the middle of the guide bars. A start end of a wire(36) is arranged in a winder. The wire penetrates one of the through-holes and one of the holes of the guide bars, and is wound around the roller. Then, the wire penetrates the other through-hole and the other hole, and is terminated at the fixing member. When the wire is wound, the guide bars are inserted into the through-holes, so that the power supply plug is connected to the electrical terminal. When the wire is released, the movable member is separated from the fixing member, so that the power supply plug is separated from the electrical terminal.
