A transgenic pig expressing DAF gene to inhibit hyperacute rejection occurring by complement cascade and a preparing method thereof are provided to restrain transplantation rejection action. A transgenic pig expressing DAF gene to inhibit hyperacute rejection occurring by complement cascade and a preparing method thereof includes the steps of: separating a somatic cell from a pig embryo; preparing an expression vector including a DAF gene and introducing the DAF gene into the somatic cell of the first step(1); selecting and cultivating the somatic cell in which the expression vector is introduced; removing a nucleus of an egg cell collected from a mother pig and uniting the egg cell with the somatic cell of the third step; and planting the cloned egg united in the fourth step into a surrogate mother pig.
