摘要

A synthetic human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTERT) promoter is provided to increase expression of a tumor specific gene by increasing activity of the promoter, thereby enhancing therapeutic effects of tumor gene therapy. A synthetic human telomerase reverse transcriptase E3-H-T promoter is manufactured by attaching three hTERT promoter regulatory regions(E) having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 to the upstream of a hTERT basic promoter(H) having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and attaching TPL(tripartite leader sequence; T) sequence having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:3 to the downstream of the hTERT basic promoter(H), binds to c-Myc or Sp1, and increases expression of genes in a tumor cell.
