A kind of CMOS imager system of dynamic range and its method of the reading for providing enhancing for image in relation to interleaving access is arranged to have an image sensor, carries out the reading of interleaving access for providing observation image. One image sensor (102) includes multiple pixel sets. Image sensor (102) is performed as an intertexture mode or a non-interleaved mode. Each multiple pixel set receives multiple exposed generation and a corresponding pictorial data of multiple exposures in intertexture mode together. Image sensor (102) exports the pictorial data generated by multiple pixel sets as a framework of the pictorial data of the interleaving access in intertexture mode.
