An apparatus and a method for managing certification in organic agricultural products and processed foods are provided to enhance user convenience by checking the product information of agricultural products and processed foods using a certification sticker. When the issue of a certification sticker in a certification server is requested by a producer, the certification sticker, which includes ARS(Automatic Response System) telephone number, bar code for certification, and certification number, is issued(ST1-ST2). Information on organic agricultural products and processed foods including name, producer, analysis information, and agency data is generated and then the generated information is provided to users through a mobile phone or a network(ST3-ST6). When the purchase of users on the organic agricultural products and processed foods is executed using user terminals, the payment related to the purchase is processed(ST7-ST8).
