A reflective sheet for a backlight unit and a backlight unit using the same are provided to protect an internal reflective sheet and a light guide plate from pressure and impact applied to a back surface of the reflective sheet by forming an impact absorbing layer including an embossing film and an air layer at the bottom of the reflective sheet. A base film(330) has a plate shape. A shielding layer(320) is formed at the back of the base film and prevents light emission. An impact absorbing layer(310) is formed at the back of the shielding layer, and performs protection against external pressure impact. A reflective layer is stacked on the base film, and reflects light. The impact absorbing layer includes an embossing film(312) patterned as a concave and convex shape, and an air layer(314) filled between the embossing film and the shielding layer.
