Provided is a composition comprising herb mixture extracts showing excellent anti-inflammatory and pain-inhibitory effect so as to be usefully used as medicines and health functional foods for preventing and treating inflammation related diseases. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases such as Rheumatoid arthritis, degenerative arthritis, acute pain, chronic pain, arthralgia, asthma, neurological pain, postoperative pain, migraine, neuropathy, nerve damage, irritable colon syndrome, shock caused by endotoxin, and inflammatory bowel disease comprises an extract of a mixture consisting of Korean Cinnamomi ramulus, Anemarrhena asphodeloides and Alpinia officinarum rhizome in a weight ratio of 1-6:1-3:1-6, which is extracted by using a solvent selected from the group consisting of water, C1-4 alcohol and a mixture thereof.
