Heating Apparatus for Dieless Incremental Sheet Forming

A heating apparatus for dieless incremental sheet forming is provided to enable selective heating of a workpiece to be formed and ensure free movement of a forming tool without being affected by the heating apparatus. A heating apparatus(10) for dieless incremental sheet forming is used for a dieless sheet forming apparatus performing a 3-dimensional forming on a sheet using a forming tool and comprises a heating member(11), a tool coupling member(15), a control unit, and a water cooling unit(13). The heating member is coupled with the forming tool to heat up the sheet partially. The tool coupling member supports the forming tool from the upper side of heating member. The control unit controls the heating temperature of the heating member for heating the sheet. The water cooling unit is installed around the heating member to prevent the forming tool from being affected by heat generated from the heating member, and is to be coupled to the heating member by the tool coupling member.
